All products and services sold on this website are considered digital, virtual, customized, or creative services, including but not limited to:

* AI-generated visual content
* Video editing services
* E-commerce A+ design packages
* Branding materials
* Website design services
* Social media creative assets
* Digital downloads

Because these products are delivered digitally or created specifically for each client, they are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once work has started or files have been delivered.

2. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase only if work has not yet started.

Once production, design, editing, rendering, or file delivery has begun, the order can no longer be canceled.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

* Duplicate payment
* Failure to deliver purchased service
* Technical issue preventing delivery
* Accidental purchase reported immediately

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests involving:

* Abuse, fraud, or chargeback threats

Revision requests must clearly describe the required changes.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes after receiving digital services, creative assets, or delivered files may result in permanent refusal of future services and submission of delivery evidence to payment providers.
